Application Form Completion of full secondary education with a school-leaving exam (no later than the day of the entrance examination) Certified copy of a school-leaving exam certificate Admission fee CZK 850 (approx. EUR 32)

B2 certificate Intermediate knowledge of English is assumed for the successful completion of a written test
